Looking for a scene

I thought that it might be useful to have a thread in which folks can ask for help locating specific Voyager scenes. This would be good for vidders, fanfic writers, or people just wanting to quote a particular scene to back up an argument.

Obviously, I got this brilliant idea because I'm working on a vid right now and can't find what I want.

I'm looking for two clips:
1. Chakotay doing something that makes it look like he's singing.
2. Neelix (or Kes) working on something electrical-looking, preferably something inside a wall panel.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

Neelix & electrical... what about from "Rise"... IIRC he was helpful in getting the maglev working.

Chakotay singing???? I'll try... but NOTHING is coming to me on the first blush.... UNLESS he's singing with everyone else in Barge of the Dead, before the Klingons slaughter everyone in the mess hall.

J'Rulz, you are a genius. I would never have thought of "Rise", but just glancing through the screenshots, I already see a number of clips that will work perfectly. THANKS!!!

Which just leaves us with Chak in song. Alas, he's not in the "Barge of the Dead" singalong clip. So I want to fake it with a scene in which he's talking excitedly, or opening his mouth widely or some such. He shouldn't look angry, though.

(BTW, this is not for the sentimental vid we were discussing the other week. In case you were wondering what in the world I was up to. LOL.)

What about the teaser/1st act of Tsunkatse when he and the boys are in the audience watching the matches? (BEFORE they realize 7 of 9 is a participant)

J'Rulz, No, I forgot to mention (sorry!) that it should look like he is the only one singing. It's okay if others are in the clip and look like they're listening to him, but he should be the only one visibly warbling.

However, when I was checking out that part of the episode, I saw another clip that will be perfect for a different part of this vid, so you can still keep your "Genius" title.

How long a singing scene? The only think i can think of has been used to make him look like he's singing opera. its the final scene on the bridge in Equinox 2... where he's raising his hands to indicate he's been roped into bringing the salad for the Voyager potluck dinner.

Thanks, J'Rulz. You're still a genius, but . . . darn. That pose is perfect, but the focus is on Janeway, who's looking very grim in the foreground, plus the damaged bridge isn't the setting I was hoping for.

Are you saying you saw someone else used that clip to make it look like Chak was singing? I would love to see it - I don't have a clue where to even start a fake like that.

Ideally, what I hope to find is Chak in the Mess Hall, in a well lit scene, with his mouth hanging open. Length of clip is not a problem. I can chop it, loop it, play with the speed, whatever. Just need to see that mouth gaping. LOL.
