Looking for 4 TV Commercials

I'm Looking for 2 television commercials from the last 5 years, and one from 10 years ago and one from 25 years ago.

1 - JEANS COMMERCIAL. It aired back in the mid-1990's days of "Space: Above & Beyond" on FOX. I probably have the commercial on one of my tapes, but I don't want to sit through 24 episodes to find it. It was a Jeans commercial. A teenager or 20-something narrated the commercial and tells a story to you of how he picked up a girl one night, they did stuff and had fun, then he drove her home or to a gas station out in the desert. Then the next day he went back to where he left her, and an old woman in a rocking chair on the porch says "There was a girl like that who used to live here, but she died 20 years ago." The kid-narrator ends the story by telling you "It's a true story". It was a fast-paced 30-second or 60-second commercial. It was basically a Jeans-commercial version of that classic "Ghost girl in the prom dress on the side of the road" story. I can't find it on YouTube.

2 - GIANT-SCREEN COMMUNICATIONS COMMERCIAL. This was within the last 5 years. Some electronics or cable company like Sprint, MCI, AT&T, whatever. It was people in a city or town in a park standing in front of a giant wall-screen and they can see and wave to Asian people in their own town that also have this giant wall-screen in a public area. And the people from the two countries are waving to each other.

3 - SNEAKERS COMMERCIAL. I saw it ONCE when it aired on a Smallville about 4? years ago. It had a weird song sung by a woman. It was all funky like a dream, and the theme was dreaming or being tired or waking up. A black guy with frizzy hair (not a sports star) gets out of bed, he puts on his sneakers, and he can open a hole in the floor and walk into it or something. I think he was walking upside down on the ceiling at some point. He would just walk through doors out of nowhere. It wasn't in the real world, it was like a dream.

4 - An old Hallmark-type commercial where a balding white guy is proposing marriage to a deaf woman alone at a restaurant table. He's talking as he's trying to sign, he's still not too good at it. From 1985 to 1990.

Can you help me identify or locate these?

At a complete loss over the ads featuring the giant video display in the park, and with the deaf girl and the signed marriage proposal. The other two, however...

The "ghostly" TV Commercial titled LAST DANCE was done by the UK advertising firm Campbell Mithun Esty advertising agency for Route 66 Jeans (brand: K Mart). It was released in the Apr 1999. The Last Dance doesn't appear to be available anywhere on-line outside of a professional commercial archive that's mighty pricey to join. Though if you're willing to spend the cash, it is available HERE. However, you might be able to convince someone at Campbell Mithun Esty to send you a copy.

The "Hello Tomorrow" Adidas commercial created by Spike Jonze features the director's dreamy visual take on where a pair of shoes can take you. The haunting "Hello Tomorrow" (iTunes) commercial song was composed just for the spot by Squeak E. Clean (Spike's brother Sam Spiegel) and features Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs on vocals.
