As a man that likes 'em dark, the Williams sisters are quite foul. Serena is a brick sh-thouse. I mean have you seen her arms?!? I thought she would Sly a run for his money in Over the Top.

And Venus is just not attractive. A butterface perhaps.

That is how I feel like as well.

This makes me feel less guilty about the nasty words I use towards the Venus Williams character when I am playing Virtua Tennis on my Wii. This thread has given me some more words to call her - butterface for a start.

Just out of curiosity, do you know what is meant by butterface? Just making sure you understand the full context, not sure if that slang is used in your part of the world....

What it does, rather, is distract from the dialog of Williams' game (she won in three sets, by the way, and she and Serena are now only a match apiece away from meeting each other in the semifinals) and keep viewers and critics of women's tennis focusing on more petty -- and sort of sexist -- details like the players choices in clothes, jewelry, hairstyles and their grunting habits...

This passage from the article sums up my feelings. My dad was quite the tennis player in his day, so tennis was a big part of the family discussion. Lately, shifting the focus from how well they play to how much skin they can or can't show is getting on my nerves. What I find MORE irritating is that these two seemingly intelligent and talent women would play along. I mean, for God's sake....is that REALLY the image you want to put out there?
