This overcrowding is bullshit. If you or I were in that courtroom for exactly the same charges as Lohan, or maybe even a few less charges, we'd be in jail in heartbeat, overcrowding or not. Someone is getting paid under the table.
watch closely the video on the page and the other coverage. aside from the fact that Lohan decided not to show up for community service, her doctors and other probation people reported that she was doing swell on her probation, and notice her lawyer reading off those reports. I am almost certain that they were paid under the table... because Lindsey knew that she would have to confront the judge, and that she hadn't reported for the community service she agreed to, so she had to make sure (in order to get off) that she could tell the judge something good, so she paid these doctors very well to give her the most positive reviews ever. I mean, think about it, she was working (I mean, partying, according to photos in People magazine, I think) while she was working abroad when she should have been at that women's center. I'm glad the judge didn't let her off easy. Good for that judge.
