I think the enterprise f, in Star Trek online (and all the specialisation specific odyssey class starships) use an Aquarius bridge module, which has a transporter at the back because the ship is so mahoosive (starfleet corps of engineers technical term there. On a side note I bet that's where some of Reme ended up in the future.)
