Location of jefferies tube (and other questions)

Does anyone know what deck jefferies tube 25 is on? It's where Picard and Daren play music together

I was wondering, do the blueprints say there are pods on both Deck 41 and 40? Are they stacked or does it just not lable Deck 40 with a High Bay?
