List of 'Conspiracy'-esque episodes?

I've been compiling a little list of episodes of where things seem strange, or altered, or conspiracy-like - or where the crew is acting strange or abnormal. Can anyone help me with this list?

From TNG:
Obviously Conspiracy
The Game

DS9:
Whispers

Any thoughts? Love episodes like this.

When things aren't what they seem or the crew isn't themselves. Like how in Whispers O'Brien was really weirded out by Keiko's behavior, and how Sisko was being evasive hiding things from him (although obviously the ending clears this up). And how in Conspiracy the Captains warning Picard were telling him how Starfleet was acting strange, etc.

I know it sounds vague, but I can give more examples.

DS9's Dramatis Personae is a memorable example of that type. Intrigue and rivalry aplenty. Liked TNG's Conundrum as well.

Future Imperfect, in a sense.

In terms of a conspiracy within Starfleet, as the episode Conspiracy implies, three of the films use this as a plot point - TUH, INS and STID.

Definitely check out Clues. One of my all time favorites. Data is covering up a giant mystery.

I just watched TNG: Drumhead

They're trying to find a traitor on board who caused an explosion.

ENT:

Singularity (season 2)
The crew starts behaving obsessively. T'Pol takes a long time to work out what's happening.

Vanishing Point (season 2)
The crew start to forget the character Hoshi exists.

Observer Effect (season 4)
Disembodied aliens possess crew members in order to study humans.

Bound (season 4)
Meeting Orion slave girls causes the males of the Enterprise to behave strangely.

Affliction (season 4) (part 1 of the Klingon arc)
Malcolm starts secretly sabotaging the ship's mission.
He is being forced by Section 31.

Only Observer Effect is really good. Affliction is okay. Singularity and Bound have points of interest. I've tried not to spoilerise the episodes too much, but obviously for this sort of story that's unavoidable.

Hope this is useful!

Are there any VOY episodes besides The Voyager Conspiracy that are like this by chance?
What about Investigations? Janeway, Tuvok and Paris were the only ones that knew the real reason Paris was leaving the ship. And didn't tell Chakotay even though he was first officer.

Here about Voyager episodes, which were not already mentioned:
- State of Flux (season 1, ep. 11)
- Displaced ( season 3, ep. 24)
- Hope and Fear (season 4, ep. 26)
- Counterpoint (season 5, ep. 10)
- Latent Image (season 5, ep. 11)
- The Voyager Conspiracy (season 6, ep. 9)
- and of course "The Threshhold" (season 2, ep. 11), the biggest Conspiracy of all time :-)
