Flash was canceled after/during Infinite Crisis when Wally and Linda and the kids dissipatedly into the speed force and they lived on barren and desolate earth two for a time with Barry keeping the psychotic Superboy Prime tied to a tent peg, whereupon Bart was given a 12 issue run as the flash which was horrid, whereupon the Rogues gallery accidentally beat him to death because they didn't notice that he had momentarily lost his powers as they began pummeling him, whereupon Wally came back from earth 2 and an alternate dimension where aliens taught Linda to be a geneticists with alien tech to monitor their children's maturation condition, as the Volume 2 numbering played on, as if forgetting that Bart had ever been the Flash, as Bart's soul was captured by the Legion of Super heroes magic resurrection Lighting Rod which (YEARS LATER) lead into legion of Three Worlds and the return of Kid Flash, whereupon Wally and Linda had banal silly uninteresting adventures which bored the hell out of me until the series was canceled some months ago on a happy-ever-after high note with issue 247, where upon in the middle of Final Crisis with barely (because Morrison was on drugs.) any explanation Barry shows up and saves the day then bogs off, whenceforth soon we are awaiting the the new limited series from DC called Flash rebirth to be written by Geoff Johns who previously handled Green lantern rebirth some years ago to some success and celebrity tackling the return of a long thought dead hero, but to answer your question, "Wally and Linda are fine". So are their kids even if they are unstably aging at an erratic but forward moving pace. par for the course.
This was all a huge 5 year plan apparently meticulously laid out well ahead of time and not a clusterfuck like one might think.
