A couple of months ago I said this about Krod Mandoon And The Flaming Sword Of Fire:
"Krod's gang's scenes - make Robin Hood Men In Tights look like Life Of Brian. Might have been amusing ten years ago when Hercules and Xena were at their peak. A tip for the show's creators: if you're going to rip the piss out of something, rip it out of something that's actually still current/remembered."
Today I just saw five minutes of a random episode of Legend Of The Seeker...
I actually thought it *was* Krod Mandoon, until I realised the English guy in the castle wasn't bald like Matt Lucas. Otherwise, it was totally indistinguishable, and I suspect that had I seen this first, I'd have found KM a good send-up of it... So I have to take that paragraph back...
