Learning Klingon (Duolingo or otherwise)

My search of the forums yielded no results on this, so I decided I'd create a new thread. Apparently for a few years now, the language-learning app Duolingo has offered a course in Klingon, which I just discovered very recently. I decided to give it a spin, as I've always been interested in the language, but didn't manage to learn and study in a structured-enough manner from books like Okrand's Klingon Dictionary, which I ended up giving away at some point.

So far, I'm surprised how much I retain from those little games. Is anyone else using it? And if so, what other sources do you use to supplement the game? I did end up ordering another copy of the Okrand book now (lol) because the app doesn't give you much in the way of grammar explanations.

I used Duolingo to learn Klingon.
I enjoyed the experience but I've never finished the course... I may actually come back to it. :)

I think Duolingo is a good point to start to learn basic words and expressions but anyone who wants to progress it further would probably need to find another source.

Agreed, at least for a more systematic overview of grammar. My replacement copy of the Klingon Dictionary has arrived and I've had a look - it's sadly not the most structured book or reference, although helpful. What kills me, also on Duolingo, is the pronouns. Sheesh, there are so many!

That said, thus far I feel like the repetition you're required to do on the app hammer certain things in your brain in a very effective manner.
