c'mon spill, whats new on your dvd list

Me: Darkwing Duck season 1 and Kung Fu Mah Jong 1 & 2

The last DVDs I bought were the first, fifth, sixth & seventh seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation ($29.99 each), givin' me all seven seasons of the series.

I bought Firefly and Serenity a few weeks back, my first ever DVD purchases. I've never been much of a movie buyer, but I just snapped and had to get them...now I'm hooked on DVDs, and have grand plans to get BSG, B5, and Lost. And if possible, some reasonably priced Trek sets.

Oh, just got House season 2 a few days ago! After flying through a friend's season 1 set in a weekend, I couldn't resist.

BSG 2.5 comes out on the 19th, so you can be all caught up on that very soon. Great show and one that plays out well on DVD. Same with B5. Anything that has a continuing story arc ends up being even more fun to watch on DVD than they were when they aired.

Just picked up Season 2 of Lost , Season 1 !!! of
The West Wing and The Invaders.

Hope it rains soon.

I've still never figured out why I would buy any of the
Trek.

If I can still spout dialogue...I have seen it too often

LOL

Arrested Development - Season 3
Curb Your Enthusiasm - Season 5
Lost - Season 2
Battlestar Galactica - Season 2.0

I had some TV on DVD to catch up on. :p

Some people smoke and drink. I buy DVDs.

This past Tuesday I got Season 6 of The Flintstones, season 1 of Hustle, and also found the Criterion Edition box set of Brazil on for $50 less than it usually goes for, so I grabbed it.

Last weekend during a trip out of town I found a few more DVDs of interest, including "The Rocky Jones Space Ranger Collection" a 5-DVD set of those old episodes.

Cheers!

Alex

 Where did you find them that cheap?

My most recent purchases:
- Star Trek Season 1
- Apocalypse Now: The Complete Dossier
- The Silence Of The Lambs
- Hannibal
- Red Dragon
- The Blair Witch Project

Over the last few weeks I've bought Arrested Development Season 3, Gojira, and Veronica Mars Season 1. I've also ordered Battlestar Galactica Season 2.5, The Office Season 2, and Stella Season 1 from Deep Discount DVD. BSG was very cheap, only $27.

Let's see...

2 weeks ago I got House seasons 1 and 2 (really loved getting the 'full story' after missing some of Season 1, and rewatching season 2). I just got yesterday Supernatural Season 1 (trying to make my way through it, but weeknight's aren't as much time for watching as weekends, so I'll probably finish it by Sunday). Still got Smallville season 5 and Gilmore Girls 6 coming later this month from Amazon (both pretty much reviled by the fans of those shows, but I'm a completist and there were a few gems here and there in both)

The only thing I've bought in the past couple of months has been Arrested Development Season Three. But that is about to change. :D

Yesterday I got City of Angels and Dawsons Creek season 3 on dvd and I am going to order BSG 2.5 as soon as I get around to it.
