I was looking at some LCS (Littoral Combat Ships) lately, and figured I would try my hand at one for a Romulan BoP for around when Picard was captain of the Stargazer...

Very cool! I've attempted many times to design a one-nacelled Klingon or Romulan ship, and consistently failed. But you managed to hit it out of the park! Is that the bridge or an observation deck on the bottom? And it looks like this has three impulse engines, correct?

Thanks mate! Single nacelle Roms can be tricky, but I have done a few before this.
Yes, she has 3 imps. As for that structure on the bottom, I could see it either way: As an observation deck, or Commander's room; as I could see a Prefect of a colony looking down at the subjugated world from there...
But I could also see it as a bridge serving a similar purpose, just not as private.
