Season One and Two on Youtube.

(Scripted, professional looking) 3 to 7 minute long webisodes about a group of LARPers (Live Action Roll Players) and their adventures in character and out. No cgi, it's just fat, out of breath nerds running around in a forest, with foam swords acting like it's Lord of the Rings, and then the complications of real life romance and intrigue from the game bleeds into real life and vice versus, so yeah, they're ripping off the Guild a little, but ####, when was the last time an episode of the Guild came out?

HILL-Larious. :)

You're talking about the movie, right?

Because I looked it up and there is actually a website, with those exact words, about setting standards for firearms.

What words, what movie?

Felecia Day is Charlie from Supernatural, who is a producer and writer for a but load of internet content. :)

The Guild, a web series about a bunch of nerds who play a fictional game very similar to World of Warcraft, and as the story continues their web live and real lives of the gamers merge comically and disastrously, of which 6 of 7 seasons of that was made lasting 3 to 8 minutes-ish in length each, is Felecia's Citizen Kane.

I just finally finished LARPs, and it is amazing. :)

You know that because Pi is infinite that every combination of numbers is represented inside Pi so if everything is in Pi and can found in Pi if you read it long enough, even the complete works of Shakespeare, which is actually a faster way to draw the Bards work out with parallel creation than a million monkeys with a million typewriters for a million years... Maybe?

First episode of the Guild.

Season One

If you keep watching long enough, Felica Day eventually skullfucks Will Wheaton.

Earlier, in the first post, I said that LARPs was ripping off The Guild, but if LARPS is partially invented by the creator of the Guild then LARPs is automatically Guild sanctioned and approved.

Two things.

1. Talking about math is a lost cause on me.

2. Now I remember her! She was one of the Potentials on Buffy!

Really, most people know her from Doctor Horrible's Sing-a-Long Blog.

I did not know about this but judging from the cast, and creator, it looks really interesting.

She was on Buffy in 2003. This was 2008?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who knows her as Vi on Buffy.

If you keep listening to me, and following my guidance, your real friends, in real life are going to think that you are mentally stuck in the past like Gigi from Scream Queens, and force an intervention on you.

I'm already stuck in the past. It's a coping mechanism. When life gets sucky, think about when you were the most happiest. For me that's everything pre-2010.

It's too late for me. I'm beyond help.

Who hasn't seen Buffy? It's pretty much essential to one's existence.

I had re-started season 3 a few months ago but like you, I just can't be bothered. Not because I don't love it, I've just seen the show so many times that it gets repetitive.

The 80's were awesome!

You know that they animated 3/4's of a season after Sunnydale fell into the Hellmouth?

Back when my spare time was watching Videotapes when broadcast TV was being difficult, all I had to chose from was Buffy, Star Trek or Babylon 5. So it was that #### in a loop.

Oh.

Ally McBeal.

I had all of that too.

Did I mention I'm a girl?

(No, not literally.)

Now with the internet, there's so much that I haven't seen even once at my fingertips to bother with even something excellent for the thirtieth.

Look what Time has done to Dawny!

I watched a bit of the animated season.

VHS were way better than DVDs. You never had to worry about smudges or scratches.

I know what you mean, it's like a whole other world at our fingertips. Sadly there isn't enough life to see it all.

I tried it. I lasted about 10 minutes before concluding that "this is just silly" and turning it off.

Ten years ago I belonged to an RPG forum where one of the members had been part of a LARPing group for a long time. He wrote up his adventures in an ongoing thread that was quite entertaining.

Later, this person was a consultant when the creator of the Fuzzy Knights webcomic decided to have his characters do LARPing (Fuzzy Knights is about a group of stuffed animals and other toys that are sentient and their main activity in life is playing RPGs and having other crazy adventures; the four main characters include 2 teddy bears, a bunny, and a cat).

I have this to say about the video posted above: I hope the people get better at staying in character. As was pointed out long ago on that other site, it's role play, not roll play.

My mother just discovered what the pendrive port in the side of her tv is for, after she let her cable bill lapse so that she could buy cigarettes.

The age of optical disks is almost over.

Ten minutes is not nearly enough of a chance. Only once you finish Prophecy Girl, you can then make a decision to continue or not.
