Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light

Yeah, looks to be a neat little game. I'm probably going to grab it on PS3, but I may change my mind.

Is this a follow on from 'Underworld' (which I haven't gotten around to completing yet) or is it a spin-off title? Either way the gameplay looks like quite a radical departure.

It is a standalone game, and has nothing to do with any previous TR games.

I have to say, after playing it for about 4 hours straight last night, I think this game is fantastic. It's fun to play, with some great puzzles and tasks, and a decent combat system. Also, it feels like a huge game for the price.

I'd recommend this game to anyone. Definitely worth a buy.

i picked it up and have been having a lot of fun and a lot of laughs... i never run anywhere, i shoulder roll, it's faster... so during fights, i shoulder roll around and drop bombs. it always makes me laugh.

i've only been playing co-op, so i dont know how the single player is. if you like games like Baulder's Gate, or Ultimate Alliance you will probably enjoy this.

The co-op is really great- for the price this game is really fully featured, me and my gf are enjoying it probably more than any other XBLA title yet released- even more than Castle Crashers!

That's pretty much what I do too. Dropping bombs at the feet of the larger, slower enemies, then rolling off and detonating before they can even swing at you is loads of fun, as is taking out about 20 spiders with a well placed and timed bomb drop.

I have to say, I love this game. Definitely one of the best 1200 points I've ever spent.

I missed out on this game on release. A friend of mine gifted me a copy on Steam when it went on sale for 7.50, and this game is in fact awesome. Especially co-op, doing all the challenges. My only complaint is that we have to do extra runs because there aren't enough points in the levels for both of us to do the points challenges. Me and the woman played for about 7 hours straight, just getting the 10 minutes on the forgotten tomb or whatever? The one with all the balls... missed it a couple of times, got 10:04 on the second to last attempt after we fell and died on the last part, then finally pulled it out with a 9:55!

Zelda 1 meets Smash TV, just awesome!
