Ladies: Help me find this dress!

Saks

FYI: Jen wore a Valentino Haute Couture dress, Salvatore Ferragamo

I typed the name of the dress and designer into goolge...check out Saks Fifth Ave...I linked to the address above.

:)

Yep Honey ~ it's 'Valentino' and unless you are the secret milliionaire on here try ASOS.com they do pretty good designer copies.

To be honest Saks has alot of nice dresses.

If only I had a girl to buy them for.

:(

Anniston's dress easily could have cost thousands, chump change for her. You have two best courses of action, find a knock off, famious hollywood clothes knock offs start showing up within hours of premieres and awards ceremonies. Cost for what she wearing $80 to $150. Second option is grab pictures and your girlfriend, find a descent seamstress and have her build you a dress. Cost $100 to $200.

Hint, women LOVE custom made clothes, no label stuff really gets us hot.

Really?

That's a terrible dress and doesn't suit Aniston at all. The way the wrap around goes, it's going to make almost anyone look "hippy."

She has sharp knees too. ;)

Actually, I agree that the dress doesn't flatter her the most it could, but for different reasons. What I dislike is that it's really suited to a younger lady, who doesn't need the amount of support that Jen does to create the silhouette. Less curvy would also suit the dress' silhouette better too, I agree, but the lingerie issue affects it more IMO. You can see her lingerie from some angles, and in this case, that doesn't add to the overall look, but detracts from it. The dress is inspired by a draped, renaissance, nymph goddess vibe, and goddesses shouldn't need supportive lingerie. OK, seeing it from the front is probably just due to the bright camera flash so no problem, but to also see it from some of the side views, poking above/through the sheer fabric line, is just not right. Most obvious in this pic.

BTW, to the OP, if you want to know the precise collection, it's from Valentino's Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2009 collection. You won't be able to find one to buy it, however, even if you have the money (unless one is being sold second-hand somewhere). K'Ehleyr has the right idea about trying to find a knock-off/"inspired-by" copy.

So, let me get this straight, Jennifer Aniston is a little too old and wobbly for that dress? Goodness me, you must be extremely hard to please! The woman has a legendary diet and exercise regimen!

I like the emphasis on her curves. I'm not fond of the color on her though. I think she looks lovely in bolder colors, and this just washes her out.

Given the visible result, and the potential alternative (which is looking better in a different dress) then my answer is definitely yes.

Her diet, fitness regime or my hardness to please are really neither here nor there in that judgement, however true they may all be. ;)

Alright, thanks for the help everyone. I'll have to decide what the next course of action will be but that can wait for another day.

You will get there and it will be unexpected, I assure you. Love is eternal and it is everywhere. :)
HERE I AM!

(You're going to by me shoes and hats too, right?)

;)

Yeah, yeah, yeah. First you're buying her dresses, shoes and hats. The next thing you know she's calling you by a girl's name, she's taking you on shopping trips to buy dresses, shoes and hats for yourself and she's making you take "vitamins" that are having some odd effects...

Seen it all before. :shifty:
