Here comes a Smallville score album. Music from throughout the 10 seasons of the series, so from both Mark Snow and Louis Febre. However the first disc is a reissue of the music from the release on iTunes that was done during the final season, but disc two is newly release score. The whole reissue of one that I already have is a little disappointing, but hopefully they'll have some of the music from the episode Rosetta (tribute music to the John Williams film score).
The Febre scores could be interesting, but I don't see any appeal to Snow's whiny atmospheric droning. And he didn't just pay tribute to Williams's score in that episode, he simply quoted it verbatim; I don't see any benefit to that when I already have the actual Superman: The Movie score on CD.
Finally. I've been waiting for this forever. We already got a score from Febre, but it's really Snow's work that most "Smallville" fans have been eager for.
