This is the title of Larry Nemecek`s Theater review. It seems to be very interesting.
Look at Larry`s wonderful website Trekland
http://larrynemecek.blogspot.com/2011/04/la-alert-hurry-robert-chakotay-beltran.html

There are other really good reviews, for example

"The Latino Theatre Company and the Los Angeles Theater Center has a massive hit on their hands with accomplished actor Robert Beltran portraying a highly convincing and frantic Noriega, and Tom Fitzpatrick portraying the Archbishop. "
It`s from this article:

Why do I have a feeling that was a deal reached between Kate and Robert.

"You stick to the West Coast, and I'll stick to the East Coast."

:lol::lol::lol:

Wanna trade J'Rulz?

Sounds intriguing. Alas, I'm on the wrong coast.

Now if they would just bring it to Hartford....

Maybe they will be with "Solitude" in Hartford:

Best of all—we just saw where Valenzuela's wonderfully organic 2009 production of Solitude last year, which included Robert in the cast, is back with the original cast for a June 14-26 revival run back at LATC this year, prior to a hoped-for national tour. Stay tuned, but do NOT miss it if you can!

You should ask Robert to bring the play to you to Hartford.;);)

There`s another great review:
Robert Beltran leads the Devil's Advocate cast of two as General Noriega. His performance is strikingly dramatic, affecting, and full of suspense. As he portrays Noriega's submission and declining sanity, Beltran renders a powerful characterization of fear-aggression and subtle frailty that is at once both larger-than-life and completely believable. Beltran has amazing stamina and energy for the constant emotional demands of this role.

Has anybody seen this? I like it though he looks much older now.

Well, he is older than before. I can forgive him for aging and showing it more--not a lot of choice in the matter. And his smile is still nice.

I like his shorter haircut for the play. The video has him pre-haircut; the photo is post. I like the cut. Short, but long enough to toussel.

Did he have his nose fixed? It looks a bit straighter. If he did, I can’t blame him. It’s probably been getting harder to breathe through a busted nose as the years go by.
