The Kre-o crew and a helmeted, bat'leth wielding Klingon!

The new Klingon bird of prey (probably the same ship glimpsed in the trailer?)!

The light-up, opening-up Enterprise and transporter sets!

Kre-o? Crap Lego ripoff (how cool would a Lego Star Trek game be?) - but a couple of points of note since these are tied to Into Darkness- 1) Klingon Bird Of Prey, OK... 2) Bat'leth. 3) Gorn?

Hasbro also announced a Micro Ship assortment with Klingon D7, Spock Prime's "Jellyfish" ship, USS Enterprise and USS Kelvin.

I think one of the trailers included a very brief glimpse of a bat'leth-wielding Klingon.

I don't see a mention in the TrekMovie article, but in the Comments thread I find this, posted by "NCC-73515":

“The KRE-O STAR TREK SPACE DIVE building set includes 36 pieces and two KREON figures, CAPTAIN KIRK and a villain with press-fire projectile weapons and accessories!”

“Based on iconic STAR TREK characters from the upcoming STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS movie from Paramount Pictures, these KREON FIGURE PACKS feature one collectible KREON figure and accessory per pack, with six different characters available in the spring of 2013 including: GORN, CAPTAIN NERO, KEENSER, GRASIA, KINGON and LIEUTENANT SPRONG. Twelve additional KREON figures will be released in fall 2013, including: CAPTAIN KIRK, SPOCK, BORG DRONE and GENERAL CHANG.”
Whether that may be taken to mean that we can expect to see a Gorn appearance in the movie, I don't know. The Gorn do figure in the upcoming game, though, so that could also be it.

That seems to confirm that this ship in the trailer is the new Bird-Of_Prey:

I've just realized, the small ship the BoP is persuing here is very probably one of the "Enterprise fighter pods" Kre-o are advertising.

The Enterprise has fighters, Kre-o spoiled it and seemingly nobody's noticed yet...

April´s Gun?

Star Trek.com described: KREON figures of CAPTAIN KIRK, SPOCK, and DR. MCCOY on the bridge to defend against two villain KREON figures. Two villains?

I think you might be mistaken. I think those fighter pods have nothing to do with the movie.

Here is what Trek Movie says.
Also announced was the Toys R Us exclusive Star Trek Fighter Pods. Fighter Pods have a huge following among Star Wars fans, and this is a welcomed surprise. For those unfamiliar with Fighter Pods, they are plastic pods with launchers, usually a ship, that contain miniature figures that are used to battle each other.
Sounds like they're something you can get with other Kre-o toys.

Ah, okay. Thanks.

Dammit I kinda wanted to see what Trek fighters would be like!:)

So I wonder what that ship is, then? Kirk and co.'s civilian ride to Qo'nos?

Peter Weller's the Gorn!

"Hisssss ssssspittt grrrrrowl!"

Like when they got George Clooney to play a dog in South Park.

Oh boy...I really hope this is just a stupid idea by Hasbro and has NOTHING to do with the movie! http://trekweb.com/articles/2013/02...-Trek-Into-Darkness-MAJOR-UGH-SPOILERSS.shtml

The deflector dish opening to reveal a gigantic shuttle? common...WTF?
It's pretty obvious that it's a toy limitation. The shuttle bay is too small for the shuttle to it in it, so they stuffed it behind the deflector dish. I had similarly bizarre toy ships that were all bridge when you opened them up (like the Defiant).

I have an old Corgi TOS Enterprise model that opens up the secondary hull like bomb-bay doors to release its bright orange shuttle. And it fires photon discs out of the saucer.

The Mego TOS bridge playset has a transporter where the turbolift doors should be.

The TMP bridge playset has a round airlock door in the wall.

The Playmates TNG Engineering playset connects to the TNG bridge.
