The "reduction to data patterns" (to paraphrase the Ilia-Probe) is one of the most visually distinctive "destruction" sequences put to film. And you did it with stunning justice! It was fascinating to see the first cruiser "zapped" since we only witnessed it via a tactical display in the movie. You even achieved that "sparkling band" that hugged the contours of the ship as it traveled its length.

Consider me blown away!

Well, I have to say I'm only the messenger (I should have probably mentioned that in my original post, and I apologize for forgetting). I have little to no talent when it comes to making stuff like this. But I found it recently on YT and decided it would be fun to post here. It is a very well made video.
