Klingon shuttle concept?

I was looking at one of the concept sketches for the Khitomer Conference location offered on ebay by It's A Wrap, and I noticed a Klingon shuttle design I've never seen before.

Here's the auction:
Star Trek VI: "Khitomer Conference Location Sketch"

I don't know if anyone knows more about this (like who drew it), but I thought people here would like to see it.

That's pretty cool. I wonder if that's truly a Klingon shuttle, though. There seems to be a marking on the side that very well could be a Klingon emblem. However, the nacelles look very Vulcan-ish (circa ST:TMP). On the other hand, the entire design seems aggressive for a Vulcan ship.

Hmm...

I agree that the nacelles seem kinda Vulcan-ish, but direct your attention to the landing area that the shuttles are sitting on. The Fed shuttle is sitting on a Starfleet emblem, and the other one is sitting on what is unmistakably a Klingon emblem, even though most of it is obscured.

(BTW, why does the Firefox spell-checker recognize "Klingon"?)
