Kes and Kellin... long lost twins?

I can't say she looks very much like Kes to me, and I don't recall her acting that much like her, either. And...nobody has a voice like Jennifer Lien, surely? But I admit, I could have missed it. I'm curious if anybody else sees it, too.

Yes, I noticed that similarity a long time ago.

I did see a picture of Kellin before I watched that episode, I guess it was in one of those calenders I used to buy and it was also before I started to watch the season 4-6 episodes. At the first glance, I thought it was Kes.

later on I watched the episode and I remember that I wasn't too happy with it because of certain similarities in looks between the characters.

However. it would have been great if they had revealed Kellin as a sister or relative to Kes.
 
^^ her mother would be very old or dead by then, I'd imagine, since the Ocampans on the homeworld only live 9 yrs avg

Maybe her mother was taken by Suspiria...and rejuvinated...and went to see where Kes was on Voyager, but went crazy when she found out they'd let her go and kept Harry Kim...after all we only have Kellin's word for what happened...if anything...I personally believe she was a looney :)
 
I think when the promos for the episode first came out I thought Kellin was Kes.

Which... I think that created a 'ship right there - Chakotay/Kes.

Nah, that'd never work.
 
Paris, Neelix, Tuvok (meh we all knew what he was thinking), AND Chakotay? I know why Kes really had to leave - pregnancy scandal!

I doubt that. If it was, then it was just another deliberate spat in the face of the Kes fans, having a lookalike showing up for one episode.
