At IMDb Kasia Kowalczyk is listed on the cast as "Kelvin Alien #1." A misspelling, perhaps? There are Kelvans in the movie? (No, it's not a reference to Kelvin Yu, who has his own cast listing.)

Tony Guma listed as a "bartender" also sounds interesting.

Any thoughts? Anyone heard any more details or rumors about this?

Neither of them show up on TrekMovie's cast list yet. I'd be inclined to give it a day or so -- wait and see.

Yeah I wouldn't trust IMDb to have that right until Trekmovie.com or some other more reliable site comes out with the news.

Weren't the Kelvins in the TOS episode "By any Other Name"? Weren't they the ones from different galaxy entirely who assumed human form and made nonessential crew members into cubes?

As was indicated in the opening post, the correct spelling is "Kelvan", and while no title was given, that was the episode referred to.
