Well done, Starscape! I wonder if this version of the Pegasus will be put back into the TNG episode...

^^^ It would be nice if they did that, but IIRC, there were Oberth-style MSD's in various locations on the set, which would also have to be altered during the remastering process. It might be cost prohibitive to do that, but we can always hope...

For those interested, when I learned that the Pegasus was supposed to be an Ambassador-era Miranda/Nebula-type, I built these schematics based on the original MSD side-view by Rick Sternbach. I think I got them pretty close...

Yeah, I think TNG-R are committed to keeping as much of the original footage as they can. So, not much chance of a replacement model.

I think I probably worked from the same MSD view... although, I took a few liberties with the design - most of which are hidden by rock in that image.
