This episode was just on television and did anyone notice that the audio and video were not in sync?

Every characters mouths would begin moving for a breif instant before you heard their voice.

It was most obvious when spock's mother slapped him and the sound came later.

Has anyone else noticed this? is it corrected on the dvd?
