I just watched it last night, it was OK.

It's the first episode of Jonathan Creek I have seen.

Is it worth watching the older ones?

I'd say so, yes. I bought the complete set after the new year one last year, and the first 3 series are the best, but it's well worth watching.

Nothing ever happens in that show, its just talk, talk talk and no action. I'll stick to my American tv.

The first three seasons are the best. I much prefer the Maddie episodes. I think "The Scented Room" was my favorite puzzle, but "The Black Canary" was definitely the most gruesome. *shudder*
