Jem'Hadar without the Founders

Lets just assume for a moment that Section 31 succeeded and the Founders were wiped out from the Virus or lets assume its long after the war and the founders are wiped out in another way, would the Dominion continue to exist under the power of the Vorta? or would the Jem'Hadar kill the Vorta and become a barbaric race killing everyone they ever encounter? would they die out from lack of ketracel white?
I'm keen to hear people thoughts on the matter, personally I think wiping out the Founders is a pretty daft thing to do, without the Founders the Jem'Hadar arnt kept in check and they'd likely wipe out every planet in the Dominion and then likely invade the Alpha Quadrant just to feed their thirst for death and battle.

Your thoughts?

I believe the Vorta would use Founder genetic tech to upgrade themselves further, and give themselves major butt kicking powers again like telekinesis.

I believe the Vorta would finds way, through superior intellect, to continue to subjugate the Jem'Hadar and establish a new order of things in the Dominion.

Well, both the vorta and jem'hadar were bred to be loyal. for a time they may just continue with the basic theme of what they knew the founders to want. In that sense the founders would become like the absent gods of other species.

My guess is that they'd pull in and regroup, and use their vorta scientists for figure out a way to bring the founders back. Whether that be through regenerating dead scraps, hunting the galaxy for one of the lost 100 children, or simply using time travel.

Considering how cunning the founders were, I wouldn't doubt that they have contingency plans for this scenario. Maybe even a hidden founder, saved for this express purpose. The drop becomes the ocean the ocean becomes the drop.

You know, there were many "moments" in the later season episodes which led you to believe that the Jem'Hadar, left alone, would become almost a Klingon-like race.

I think it's likely the Firsts would become like tribal leaders to their groups, since they're made to have the most leadership-like qualities. I think it was hinted that the Jem'Hadar firsts could turn against their Vorta, if the situation called for it.

But I think, more importantly, that the Vorta would likely abandon their ruling of the Jem'Hadar, being lost without the direction of the Founders. They would retreat to a small, isolated, Founder-revering race of semi-monks. ;)

Remember "To the death"? A group of Jem'Hadar tried to rebuild an Iconian gateway so they could use it to become independent from the Founders.

The Founders were totally freaked, because their best simulation stated that this one group would be capable of starting a mass insurrection and take over the Dominion in less than a year.

This was when the Founders were still alive, with them dead It'd probably happen a lot sooner.

Mutant Jem'Hadar (the ones who don't need the White) would probably become the leaders.
