Not sure what you mean. If you're referring to the last shot of a healthy Pike joining healthy Vina for happily ever after, that was originally in The Cage too; there, the Talosians had only give Vina an illusion of Pike so she could happily remain on Talos, while Pike returned to the Enterprise. For The Menagerie, they reused that shot to make it look like Pike had successfully returned to Talos to join Vina.
