Okay I know this isn’t really a star trek topic but as movie goers and observers I fell we need to talk about this...most guyS probably wont comment (pls be free too), however I will live this tread to the star trek fan girls like me

I love zoe , she is very pretty and all but the girl is skinny, I always knew she was slim but after watching Nichelle Nichols in Charlie X and Mirror Mirror...it is a travesty to compare her body to Zoe.I hate too say this but ZOE is skin and bones copared to Nichelle Nichols

.

In the turbo lift scene before she enters the lift to comfort Spock she looked anorexic, I will also add that her ponytail hair style did not fit her face, the girl is a skeleton and packing her hair so up and tight made her face more boney than she looks

I wish SOMEONE CAN TELL THE GIRL TO EAT...there are many actresses that aren’t size 0’s and yet they got great
roles eg Natile Portman in Star Wars and Anna Paquin in X-Men

Even Blake Lively as carol in the upcoming Green Lantern film looks like a healthy woman.
I kind of feel embarrassed when I see someone that looks so unhealthy as our lead female in the star trek franchise.

My sister's that skinny and she eats like a pig all the time.

SHE CAN'T HELP BEING SKINNY. LEAVE ZOE ALLLOOOOOONE.

I'm a (heterosexual & married, just FTR) woman, and I think Zoe Saldana is smoking hot. She's not anywhere near anorexic looking.

1bulma1, please click on the link in my note above and take the time to read the guidelines for posting images on TrekBBS. I've converted your inline images to links because they're clearly hosted on web space belonging to people who are not you; i.e., you're using their bandwidth without their knowledge or their permission. That's called hotlinking, and it's against the rules.

As for your choice of topic: some people are just naturally thin. It's not unhealthy; it's just the way they are and perfectly normal, and I don't see a thread like this as being likely to generate much in the way of useful discussion, so I'll close it now. Next time you feel like writing a "so-and-so needs to eat a sandwich because I think she's too skinny"-type piece, consider posting it on a blog instead.

We're done.
