Workin on it. I posted a wip.
*edit after making a basic shape to cut with a sphere to make the bridge, getting the sphere to match the curvature of the bridge cut is proving difficult. to make matters worse, the bridge and there sphere synced up, so moving the sphere also moved the bridge, they wouldn't move independently. Gave up and did a revert. smh. infuriating
Edit 2: I am simply unable to get the boolean cut to work. either it cuts the bridge out of the sphere (boolean wrong direction) or it destroys the bridge far beyond the cut.. destroys the mesh completely. I dont understand this, the video made it soooo simple. this should be taking 5 minutes not and hr.
