James Middleton's Beard

What is the general consensus on James Middleton's beard? Whenever I see a picture of him, I feel like he looks like King George V, the great-great grandfather of his brother-in-law Prince William. Actually, he looks not only like King George V, but King George's first cousin Czar Nicholas II of Russia! Look below:

I'm currently in a "beards are hot" phase however that is fail. Not because of the beard but because of the thick and creepy mustache, need to trim that thing. BUT I am LOL over the comparisons with the Czar and George! Really the guy would fit quite well into any historical movie, he has the face.

Yeah, he would look better if the mustache weren't so big. But, tbh I prefer the clean shave look on most guys!

My "beards are hot" phase was triggered by crushing on a singer who sports a very excellent beard and then seeing Ryan Robbins looking older and bearded in Continuum, he kind of blew me away with his hotness. I think though when you notice the mustache in a beard mustache combo something must be wrong.

I like him a lot because I think he's hilarious and his looks don't really matter to me, but I've always thought that a beard is a good accoutrement to Conan O'Brien's personal style. Perhaps it seems to give him a more grounded appearance that makes his silliness even more affecting. I'm not sure, but it's a possibility.....
