Itunes refund

Due to the writers strike, I am getting a refund on the two shows I had on season pass this past years on Itunes...

One, I do think it's fair!
Two, is anyone else getting them?

I got an email saying that I am getting $10 back for NCIS.
I got an email saying that I would be getting something back for How I Met Your Mother, but it didn't say how much.

Anybody else getting an itunes refund?

One is really more of a statement then a question but I'll respond to it anyway. I guess I agree that it's fair, seeing as how you paid for less episodes then you got.

Two I would imagine that everyone with season passes is getting them, they aren't just going to send you refunds for these shows and say screw you to the rest of the Itunes users.

I wish I could. The second season of Disorderly Conduct only has seven episodes, yet it still costs $39.99 for a season pass. Of course it still hasn't been formally cancelled yet (I don't know what the hell Spike is going to do with it) but I would think that after too much longer, iTunes would refund me.

Lost is too pricey for a season pass. It's like 30 bucks for 13 episodes. I'd rather wait for the DVD set.
