The BBC has announced that the Red Button service (a digital TV amenity of a type we've never seen in North America for some reason) is going to make the first minute of The Eleventh Hour available as a preview beginning on March 24:

Assuming this doesn't include a recap of the regeneration or what-have-you, that gives the impression that first minute must be pretty jam-packed, huh.
I still think Eleventh Hour is going to go down as the most extensively previewed DW episode ever. Let's see: we have the Red Button preview, special screenings in a half-dozen cities at the end of the month, the WonderCon showing (which is the same day as the UK showing but still a preview for North America), and I'm sure a press screening will happen too like it always does a week or two before the season starts so the media can get their reviews in before broadcast (though we'll find out if they hold any grudges for being shown a version of Partners in Crime that omitted the Rose Tyler cameo).
