Issues Watching Picard S3 in Singapore

I hope someone is able to point me in the right direction as since last Friday when the 1st episode of Picard Season 3 was due to air internationally I have been refreshing Amazon Prime but it always says Season 3 is unavailable in Singapore, even though seasons 1 and 2 are available. As Paramount+ is not launched here yet Amazon is my only way to watch Picard, I have messaged Amazon's Service team a few times asking what's wrong as I thought they had international rights outside US and CA but I never get back a very helpful reply. Latest response copied below, is anyone else having this issue and suggest a way to fix (outside of trying other sources)? Thanks for any assistance

"Greetings from Prime Video.

I am sorry that you are unable to watch "Picard Season 3 " in Prime Video. No worries I am happy to help you.

I have checked on our website and confirmed that "Picard Season 3 " says its currently unavailable and not released in Singapore. Video availability depends on our agreements with content owners.

There are circumstances that a video will be remove and add back again to the selection depending on our agreement with the content owners.

Currently the license and copyrights of the video series is not yet released in Singapore, this is the reason why you can not access the episodes.

Amazon Prime Video has a single server for all Amazon Prime Video Services like Amazon.com, Amazon.com.au, Amazon.co.uk and other Prime Video platforms.

If video is “Unavailable”, that means the video is license released on other Amazon Prime Services like Amazon US or UK hence the content still appearing “Unavailable” since all Amazon Prime Video Services shares only single data website.

As a retailer, we do not own the rights to any of the titles listed in our online catalog.

Like other stores, we obtain titles from vendors and then make them available to our customers.

We're constantly working to improve our agreements so we can offer the largest selection of videos possible.

Thanks for letting us know what you would like to see on our digital video service."
