Freedom of speech does not apply to privately-owned message boards.

It's to prevent the board or a thread from being cluttered up with off-topic discussion. If you aren't satisfied with the mods' answers you can still bring the issue to either MA or QSF, depending on what it really is. QSF is for more general stuff like suggestions regarding board policy. Specific stuff goes into MA (Moderator Actions). You've already been made aware of the process so what's the point of all this?

Since this is your second thread in the past 24 hours or so using Miscellaneous as a soapbox to rage against the machine, you have an infraction for spamming or trolling or whatever I box I feel like checking.
