It is likely that the sphere data was copied into UFP h.q and thus into all the ship databases. The sphere data lead to the birth of Zora. The impact of the copying of the sphere data into the UFP database is unpredictable.

I think Zora is an entity unto herself. I don't believe she'll be able to be "cloned" or "copied" by HQ. If they could, they would've done it by now. My suspicion is Zora and Discovery are linked. You can't have one without the other. But that's just my take on it, as things look up to this point.

Yes, I think it's a unique combination that cannot be duplicated.
