Is Watchmen Director's Cut available in Australia?

Is Watchmen Director's Cut available in Australia? If it is, is it available on DVD or Blu-Ray?

I've already seen the theatrical version and I want to see Watchmen again but I don't like watching a truncated version of a movie, unless it has scenes that aren't in the longer version.

I don't know, but the North American Blu-Ray release is region free, as is The Ultimate Edition.
