Is there a star trek equivalent of the 501st?

I mean the 501st is awsome and all but there has to be a star trek group out there somewhere! Any help would be great!

Well, there's Klingon fandom, though I don't know if they're as active as they used to be. The Klingon Assault Group seems to still be around (http://www.kag.org).
