Is the Doctor 1103 now?

So the Doctor is now 1103 going forward that 'officially' (via screen canon) makes him the second longest lived incarnation after the 1st doctor who we know was around 450 or so. Between doctors 2 and 10 there is another 450 years but we can't accurately say who lived the longest.

Well, since Time Lords don't age at the same rate as humans, we don't really know how long exactly the Fourth Doctor was travelling with Romana. They could very well have been together for decades.

The Seventh Doctor was clearly around for a while, given how noticably older he was in the TV movie. It would take a Time Lord quite a while to age that much.

And we have no idea how long the Eighth Doctor was around at all.

yeah, but since the Ninth said '900 years of phone box travel' first, 903 etc. has to be wrong. it's all Russell's fault...

it usually is(RTD hater)

Actually, when the Doctor first gives is age as 900 in Aliens of London, he explcitly states that it his is age. I'm paraphrasing here, but the dialogue went something like this:

Doctor: "900 years and I've never been slapped by someone's mom."
Rose: "When you say 900 years...?"
Doctor: "That's how old I am."

The "900 years of phone box travel" line comes from The Empty Child, written by Moffat. Which has since been contradicted in The Doctor's Wife where Idris claims they've only been together for 700 years.
