Is the Captain America Movie any good?

I missed the opening of the Captain America movie. Is it worth paying 10 dollars to see in 3D?

The Sy Fy channel was playing the 1978 and 1979 Captain America TV movies with Reb (Yor:Hunter from the Future) Brown. The TV movies were so so but not anywhere as good as the 78' versions of Hulk or Spidey.

Or a website that aggregated critics' opinions over a 100-point spectrum, with choice quotes from their reviews...
