Is Stamets really the Chief Engineer or "just" a science officer/Astromycologist?

Hi all, could you please settle an argument for me? Is Stamets really the CE of the Discovery? I thought so because in one of these threads I seem to have seen a pad with his bio on it and it said "Chief Engineer" clearly. Anyone have that image handy or anything else that PROVES that he's now Chief Engineer. He did start as a science officer, right?

A screen in "Choose Your Pain" had his position as Chief Engineer, but Ted Sullivan later confirmed on Twitter that it was a production mistake.

Ahh ok so that was a mistake -- the screenshot we saw? So we still don't have a Chief Engineer or a Chief Medical Officer. Only a Chief of Security who died and was replaced promptly. I wonder where TPTB are going with this....
