iPhone - synching with a new computer...?

The computer that I originally set up my iphone from, and copied all my mp3 and video files from has died.

Is there anyway that I can sync my iPhone with my new computer without losing all my data. I'm lead to believe that iTunes will wipe my files if I attempt to sync with my new computer?
