$31.95 at the link provided. No indication that it's a limited release, so you might be able to save money by waiting and/or looking elsewhere.

Interestingly, the above site specifies a limited edition of 6,000 copies.

 

So excited! At last my expanded soundtrack collection is complete!! My choice to hold out was validated!!!

Also it looks like this one's case is normally sized, not like the weirdo one for the 2009 film.

 

^(laughs) I feel the same way about having held out. I was sorely tempted to buy the original release but wanted something more thorough.

 

No promise of a complete score, just like the 2009 "Deluxe Edition"...

 

Well I'll be danged. The son of a gun got a release. There are many, MANY areas that this Deluxe Edition can do better than the previous film's Deluxe Edition soundtrack release, and that's going beyond just the packaging.

 

As soon as I saw the release information on this I ordered it. I skipped out on the '09 expansion, but I decided I cannot let that happen again, already owning the original release be damned.

 

Is it available only in the US?

Got my copy last night; I've been listening to it from work all day. Absolutely stunning stuff. So glad this was finally released!

 

How do I find out if when it ships? (I've never ordered from Varese Sarabande before so I'mtotally clueless here) I'm chomping at the bits to listen to this. I've been listening to samples on Michael Giacchino's website and it's just stunning stuff.

 

They'll drop you an email when it ships, but if you registered on their site you can also check your status that way. My order populated with a shipping date and tracking info when it shipped.

 

Got mine! Also, unexpectedly, got my Naked Gun Trilogy as well. So...much....music... #audiogeekproblems

I will say the ID soundtrack comes with liner notes, albeit very brief ones. I couldn't recommend getting overly-excited about those, but at least they're there. I don't have the original release so can't comment as to any contrast. Besides that you get lots of still pics, nothing too exciting. So buy it for the music, not for the bonus features.
