There's some of Peter with the old console rooms such as the original, the RTD one and the first Matt Smith, but more interesting is the voiceover-the comments have identified the actress speaking as Lalla Ward, who played the second incarnation of Romana in the late 70s and early 80s late Tom Baker era (She was also briefly married to Tom Baker for a while during that time).
Now it's possible she's playing something different (Lalla after all appeared first as Princess Astra which Romana based her regeneration on) but given that this concerns Gallifrey and Time Lords, looks like we're sort of seeing Romana back.
The words are interesting, is she 'forgotten' because she was in E-space, or did she escape like in the novels/audios and eventually become leader of Gallifrey (before being ousted by the ressurected Rassilon perhaps due to the time war)?
Also despite being exclusive to the exhibit, I wonder if this will somehow reflect events in the TV series. The reopening of the exhibit sort of coincides with episode 10, "In the Forest Of The Night", which is summarized as something involving trees, but perhaps it has an ending like "Utopia" or "Turn Left" which builds into the finale two-parter.
