I love this, the person making this video used a mod to go to areas outside of the game. I did not know there was this mush rendered stuff outside the normal map of the game.

It’s crazy how people find stuff like this in games. I did enjoy getting to the island where the last mission is in Forbidden West, though.

Yes... What is fun about that though is you can run around the whole island once you get there and collect any loot you missed. I just can't get over that there is just so much rendered land and assets beyond the map that was cut from the game or blocked off.

For instance the naming cliff where Rost presents Aloy. If you go there using an out of bounds mod you will find spoken dialog by Aloy about the place which was cut from the game. I plan to install mods and see what I can find on my own too using the videos as reference.

I think it's a fairly normal practice for stuff to be placed out of bounds as a testing area during game development. I've heard of characters and locations being put out of bounds waiting to be triggered in many games, and this is often used to setup in-engine cutscenes.

What's interesting about this one is that it looks like they had devised a way to possibly spawn for testing purposes? But it doesn't look like anybody has figured out how.

Some of the areas in the videos I have seen and the one I posted are play test areas for the devs to test things in the game outside the map to see how they function. Other parts were just areas cut off because they were just cut out of the game. I tried some of the mods from Nexus Mods and seems most of these exploits have been patched out.

What creeps me out is people making naked Aloy mods..... Why?
