    "Die slowly" seems hyperbolic way of just saying that they would, what would be obvious and inevitable, not be immortal anymore so I took the claim that they were exiled to that as also being hyperbolic bitterness rather than truthful.

    There's plenty of Ba'ku present at the time and none of them dispute it.

    Along with the Motion Picture, it's the best Star Trek film.
