Indy Colts and the coaching changes

So, watching PTI this afternoon (and also living in Denver and being a Broncos fan) I learned that not only did Dungy retire and bring in the Caldwell but as of today:

New head coach
New Offensive coordinator
New Defensive coordintor
New offensive line coach
New special teams coach
New QB coach

The question from TK was: is this gonna affect them on the field and LeBatard (whom I like a lot) said "not unless they change quarterbacks".

I mostly agree with him, but damn, that's an entire offensive coaching staff gone.

What do you think? Colts still and "elite"/playoff team in 09/10?

The system might change, but with a great tandem of Manning, Wayne, and Addai and not to mention a decent defense, I still think the Colts are still the class of that division. That is a lot of changes, and with any other QB that might significantly affect the team, but not with Payton.
