Four years too late I just discovered an incredibly fun game; Hulk Ultimate Destruction! It was on clearance brand new for 6 bucks and I always heard good things so I bought it. It strongly reminds me of my favorite 360 game Crackdown, which is the most sheer fun I've ever had in a video game.
Like in Crackdown, this takes place in a big open city where you have the superhuman ability to scale buildings and leap through the air. It's basically Crackdown minus cars and guns. Actually my one complaint is that the lack of long range weapons can get frustrating; there's not always a convenient car laying around to pick up and throw.
I'm about halfway through the game and the controls are getting easier to handle, and the unlocked moves are nice too of course. Sometimes the missions are really difficult, I just played one where I have to chase, disable, and retrieve a heavily guarded shielded truck as it runs away. Took me about 7 tries to get it!
The boss fights are incredible fun, and I've only halfway through. I hear the later bosses get to be multi-story-tall so I'm looking forward to that.
Oh and for an Original X-Box game that's four years old the graphics are pretty damn good! There's no lag time no matter how many explosions and the city looks great.
The one thing I have the most fun doing is just creating some random havoc until they call in a Hulkbuster team on me then I get to take them out. It's quick and fun, and it gets you points! I also love that doing ANYTHING gets you points to upgrade with. Even if you just run into a tree and knock its leaves off; one point!
