It's true that The Bible says that even lusting after a woman is committing adultery in your heart, however, I think I may have found a loophole.

The definition of adultery in The Bible was very strict yet still left some options open. Any time a woman had sex with someone other than her husband, that woman was an adulterer. However, a man could have sex with a woman who wasn't his wife and not be an adulterer provided the woman wasn't currently or formerly married to someone else. He would however be a fornicator for having sex outside of marriage.

But, if you simply lust after an unmarried woman, or are unmarried yourself, no adultery or fornication has been committed and you should be 100% down with The Lord.

So, in my interpretation of the good book, it says you should surf for porn of women who have never been married. Barely Legal porn seems like your best bet, Biblically speaking.

It would be like covering a kosher hamburger in bacon grease before serving it to your Jewish patrons. It may not be immoral, but it's very unethical and shows a lack of respect for everyone involved.

Wow.... some people are way too serious.... speaking of respect, the first time I was supposed pick up the computer the guy never brought it. Then I wound up going out of my way to pick it up, then after delivering to the church i had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get it.... so yeah plenty or respect going on there.

Though I am kind of curious as to why you feel the need to search for porn on anyone else's computer but your own. It sounds like you just want to stick it to them. Seems like really juvenile and passive aggressive behavior.

And no one can volunteer you to do anything. If you didn't want to do it, have the backbone to politely decline (which brings me back to the passive aggressive thing).

Taking it a step further, if whatever particular faith you subscribe considers it immoral, then yes it is immoral (and that goes for any immoral activity not just surfing for porn). I'm Catholic, so intent carries more weight in the sin department than the actual act itself.

In the words of the late George Carlin, if you woke up this morning and said "I'm going to go downtown today and commit a mortal sin," save yourself the cabfare because you just did (if you meant it).

If you don't subscribe to a particular faith that considers pornography immoral then I refer you back to Mr. Allen's original assessment. At its worst its unethical. At its best it's rude, immature, discourteous and completely disrespectful.
