Shuttles, escape pods, and Neelix's ship, as well as any makeshift runners they built in the final days before they all split up would have had to have been temporally shielded just like Voyager otherwise they would have been swatted by Annorax everytime he tried to fix time or during that final fluster when Janeway wound back reality by ramming the bugger.
That's easily over a hundred crewmen if you consider there must have been felled by some catastrophic bitchslap that forced Janeway into splitting up her "family" that there weren't a 140 Fedration Citizens (and terrorists) trapped in a (from one perspective) mirror DQ trying to make their way home to an earth that might not know who the frakk they are in little better than space-rowboats...
