If Star Trek and Star Wars fight, which side will win?

I was just wondering, If Star Trek and Star Wars were to fight, all with every single super weapon, every super human and every star ship from all eras, even the ones who are dead/distroyed all gathered in one single spot and fight a battle Which side would win? Oh btw, no bad or good guys in this, the good and bad of both sides unite for a single massive battle so Federation will co-operate with even the viidians or the borg. And Star Wars the republic will co-operate with the Imperial.

Not really sure where to put this, but since this also depends on the level of technology used, i thought this place should suffice.

Star Trek, cause they could travel back in time and destroy everyone before they were born.

this isn't going to turn out good. i'm just going to sit back and laugh at the outcome. (ps. i voted for trek to win)

^ I thought of that, but who knows what kind of stunt the jedi can pull off? And who knows if resistance is futile? this comparason of starship size shows that Star Wars ships has a huge advantage in size, and hence, probably fire power too. And keep in mind of Death Star I and II, and the fact that jedi can control minds.

Well, my take is going to be based upon a slightly different take than most of those you've heard... ;-)

"Star Trek Versus Star Wars: Battle of the Wooden Actors"

So, basing our judgement on the sheer destructive power of bad actors... it's tough.

Now, Star Wars takes the cake for the sheer scope of the weapons of wooden acting. Anakin, by himself, represents a weapon-of-mass-wooden-acting-destruction far beyond anything seen in Trek. However, while Star Wars has the uber-weapons, Star Trek has a more uniform "bad acting foundation." More like a few dozen "bad acting MIRV warheads" versus one massive "bad acting global annihilation warhead."

I have to say... don't overestimate this bad-acting terror you've created, Admiral. The ability to destroy an entire trilogy is insignificant next to the power of the FARCE. :)

If some teenage kid can take down the deathstar with shots to the vent ports all you need is a cloaked ship from star trek to sneak in and destroy it without even having to fight.

Consider there are time ships out there such as The Relativity whith capabilities we don't even know about but are probably REALLY cool, also consider what ships there might be in the 31st century.

Time travel is one advantage Star Trek really has post 26th century. In the 29th century they can beam people into the past, I mean that's pretty darned cool, I'm pretty sure if they could do that they could just beam bombs on board the Deathstar and whatnot, such as that temporal bomb they put on Voyager.

Trek wins! Just send in The Borg first, whatever survives that wave will get erased from history by the Krenim.
Think about it... If the Star Wars side sends in every super weapon the Empire can muster, the Krenim just have to erase the Flag ship with Palpatine on board and everything Emirerelated vanishes instantly.
Of course that would mean lots of Jedi to replace it, but I believe Q can take care of them if everything else fails... If Q is not in the mood the Organians or any superrace of your choice.

A TOS-era Gene Roddenberry could've beat the crap out of a Episode IV-era George Lucas. No contest. Kirk would've drop kicked Luke and thrown sand in his eyes. Han would've shot first at Spock, who would've avoided any physical damage by doing of those "Spectre of the Gun" self-hypnosis things. So it would be a draw.

Yeah, he probably could, but he'd probably just sleep with Lucas' wife instead.

As much as I like Star Wars, Trek just has too much technology. The force didn't help the jedi when the clone troopers turned on them and destroyed them with overwhelming technology.

The Klingon Empire alone can take out the Empire, can you imagine the Dominion with it's Jem Hadar clones, the Borg, or Species 8572 who are also running around blowing up planets faster than the empire could?
